Our office provides services for attorneys in identifying and locating unknown heirs, legatees, beneficiaries, whose absence may block an estate proceeding or sale and purchase of a real estate.

 

Our office assists banks and financial institutes to pursue the owners or successors of dormant, non-active accounts.

We offer You performing Genealogical Research – we establish the number of the hours spent on genealogical research together with You, in an individual manner, based on Your requirements The time spent on genealogical research can only be assessed during doing research, it is certainly possible to increase the number of hours spent researching or give up researching before the assessed amount of time lapses away. The amount of time we propose for genealogical research is 3–5 hours at the start.

 

The cost of hours spent on genealogical research is 120 EUR per hour, 1000 EUR for 10 hours + VAT, we also charge other costs related to the activity (visits to the archive, cost of official documents) etc.
